- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, torn

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini: Fill a large pot with generously salted water. Once boiling, add cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
- Add basil: Tear fresh basil leaves with your hands and add them to the bowl, letting the oils release and enhance the dish.
- Drizzle with dressing: Pour balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil over the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss to combine: Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well-coated in the dressing.
