Description

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of crispy eclair shells, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and spiced apples for a delightful twist on a classic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of eclair shells
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Slice the eclair shells in half lengthwise and lay them in a serving dish.
  2. Prepare the whipped cream mixture by combining whipped cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl, gently folding until well blended.
  3. Layer half of the whipped cream mixture evenly over the eclair shells.
  4. Add half of the diced apples and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat layers with the remaining eclair shells, whipped cream, apples, and caramel sauce.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
