Description

A delightful dessert combining spiced apples, creamy vanilla pudding, and crunchy graham crackers, all drizzled with caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • Whipped topping (for serving)
  • Optional: additional caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the thickened pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Spoon the apple pie filling evenly on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple pie filling.
  6. Repeat the layers with graham crackers, pudding mixture, caramel sauce, and finish with whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  8. Drizzle with additional caramel before serving if desired.

Notes

For best results, prepare a day ahead and allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
