- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- Whipped topping (for serving)
- Optional: additional caramel for drizzling
Instructions
- Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the thickened pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Spoon the apple pie filling evenly on top of the pudding layer.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple pie filling.
- Repeat the layers with graham crackers, pudding mixture, caramel sauce, and finish with whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Drizzle with additional caramel before serving if desired.
Notes
For best results, prepare a day ahead and allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
