- 1 lb Fresh Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Once they float, drain them and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add Shrimp: Toss in the shrimp and cook, stirring gently, until they turn pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and add the lemon zest, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Season: Sprinkle in salt and black pepper to taste.
- Combine Tortellini and Sauce: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing them gently in the sauce to coat each piece thoroughly.
- Serve: Plate the tortellini and shrimp, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy while hot!
