- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add a spoonful of the cheesecake filling in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, tucking in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium heat and test the oil temperature.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, drizzling with chocolate sauce or garnishing with fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
Prepare the cheesecake filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a slight twist.
