Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and salt in a small bowl.
- Take small portions of pizza dough and flatten them into discs.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella in the center of each disc.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese, pinching the seams to enclose it.
- Arrange the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
