- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the chicken mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the pizza sauce over the crust, layer with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and arrange slices of pepperoni on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Slice into pieces and serve.
