Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the chicken mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the pizza sauce over the crust, layer with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and arrange slices of pepperoni on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
