- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for another minute.
- Introduce the mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry until they become tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce over the mixture, stirring everything together to ensure each ingredient gets coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles.
