- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure every piece is thoroughly coated and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Prepare the base: While the chicken cooks, set a scoop of cooked rice as the base in your serving bowl.
- Top your creation: Arrange the freshly cooked chicken on top of the rice, followed by the fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
