Description

A refreshing chilled cucumber crab salad featuring a symphony of textures and flavors perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the cucumbers and place them in a large bowl alongside the gently flaked crab meat.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Combine the cucumber and crab mixture with the dressing, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld.
