- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar, mixing until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing fully after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla, flour, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center has a gentle jiggle.
- Cool in the pan at room temperature, then sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the bars in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
