- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 2 cups French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your crock pot: Lightly coat the bottom with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the frozen meatballs in the bottom of your crock pot, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Pour the French onion soup over the meatballs, letting it envelop them completely.
- Stir gently to ensure the meatballs are well coated but be careful not to break them.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
