- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon (Chopped)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (for Topping)
- Fresh Parsley (for Garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the elbow macaroni until tender, then drain.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jumbo shell with the mac and cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Prepare the filling a day in advance for added flavor. Adjust cooking time if using an air fryer.
