  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with blueberries and sweetener, mixing until creamy.
  2. Make the dough: Blend almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, egg, and vanilla extract until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into thin sheets, then cut into rectangles.
  4. Assemble the roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the filling at one end and roll up tightly.
  5. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
  6. Fry the roll-ups seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
