Instructions

- Make the dough: Blend almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, egg, and vanilla extract until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into thin sheets, then cut into rectangles.
- Assemble the roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the filling at one end and roll up tightly.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
