Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken breast pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Prepare the Base: In a large serving bowl, layer cooked chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the Chicken: Place the grilled chicken strips on top of the vegetable mix.
