Instructions
- Tenderize the steak by gently pounding it with a meat tenderizer.
- Prepare the coating mixture by blending flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Dredge the tenderized steak in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring every inch is covered.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, draining on paper towels afterward.
- Make the gravy in the same skillet by melting butter, whisking in flour, and gradually adding milk until thickened.
