- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture using a basting brush.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until tender and charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Soak corn in water for about 30 minutes before grilling for juicier results. You can also substitute the Parmesan with other cheeses.
