Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Create the dough by combining water and butter in a saucepan, heating until boiling.
- Add flour and salt, stirring until a cohesive ball forms.
- Cool for about 5 minutes to prevent cooking the eggs.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Pipe small mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the cooled pastries with whipped cream.
- Melt dark chocolate over simmering water.
