- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll them tightly.
- Set up your dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken rolls in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the rolls in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry the rolls until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
