Description

A delightful dish combining succulent chicken, savory ham, and creamy Swiss cheese with a crispy panko coating, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll them tightly.
  4. Set up your dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat chicken rolls in flour, shaking off excess.
  6. Dip the rolls in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry the rolls until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
