- 1 cup milk

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (topping)
- Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter, add cream cheese mixture, then top with more batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool briefly in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
