Description

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat to ensure even cooking as you grill the burrito.
  2. Layer the shredded cheese evenly on one tortilla, followed by the cooked and seasoned ground beef (or beans), shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top, encasing the delicious fillings for maximum indulgence.
  4. Spread butter generously on the outside of the burrito, ensuring full coverage for that perfect crispy exterior.
  5. Gently place the burrito in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
