Description

Transform simple potatoes into a sensational grilled side dish with gooey cheese and aromatic garlic.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs golden potatoes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, or Gouda)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash the golden potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in a grill basket or wrap them in aluminum foil.
  5. Grill the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until fork-tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle cheese over them.
  7. Cover the grill or foil tightly to melt the cheese for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
