Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the harissa paste, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Coat the chicken in the marinade, ensuring every piece is generously covered. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges and parsley.
