Description

A tropical dessert salad combining creamy cheesecake, fresh fruit, and crunchy nuts for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, or mango), chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until silky smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, blending until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.
  4. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
  5. Fold in the chopped fresh fruit until evenly distributed.
  6. If using nuts, sprinkle them in and fold gently.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  8. Serve in individual bowls, garnished with additional fruit slices or a sprinkle of coconut.

Notes

Make ahead of time for better flavor. Toast nuts in an air fryer for added flavor. Customize with seasonal fruits or a splash of rum extract.
