- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup fresh fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, or mango), chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until silky smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, blending until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
- Fold in the chopped fresh fruit until evenly distributed.
- If using nuts, sprinkle them in and fold gently.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Serve in individual bowls, garnished with additional fruit slices or a sprinkle of coconut.
Notes
Make ahead of time for better flavor. Toast nuts in an air fryer for added flavor. Customize with seasonal fruits or a splash of rum extract.
