Description

A vibrant and nutritious pasta salad featuring grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and a creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for picnics and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente, typically around 8-10 minutes. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  2. In your large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the diced grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. With a gentle hand, toss everything together until every bite is coated in creamy goodness.
  4. Season your creation with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately at room temperature.

Notes

For enhanced freshness, dress the salad just before serving. Customize with additional vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers, and consider using homemade dressing for extra flavor.
