Description

A vibrant Italian Chicken and Pasta Salad featuring juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked pasta, tossed in tangy Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, red onion, and sliced black olives in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dress the salad with Italian dressing, gently tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
