Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Beat the ricotta cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
