Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chickpeas, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Toss the chopped kale with the Caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl until well-coated, massaging the kale for a minute to soften.
