- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and add the egg, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 8-10 equal pieces into breadsticks and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add melted butter on top of the breadsticks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crunch.
