- 1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 Can of Blueberry Pie Filling
- 1 Package of Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
- 1 Cup of Whipped Topping
- Fresh Blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Pour the blueberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry filling, spreading out evenly.
- Sprinkle the lemon cake mix evenly on top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped topping and fresh blueberries.
