Description

A delightful blend of lemon and blueberry in a creamy, luscious dump cake that’s simple to make yet impressive to serve.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Can of Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup of Whipped Topping
  • Fresh Blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Pour the blueberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry filling, spreading out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the lemon cake mix evenly on top.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped topping and fresh blueberries.
