Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of buttery pound cake, zesty lemon pudding, and fresh strawberries, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups lemon pudding
  • 1 pound pound cake, cubed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the cubed pound cake at the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add half of the lemon pudding on top of the pound cake layer.
  3. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  4. Spread half of the whipped cream over the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, use ripe strawberries and ensure lemon pudding is cold before layering.
