- 1 pound strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups lemon pudding
- 1 pound pound cake, cubed
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 lemon, zested
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Layer half of the cubed pound cake at the bottom of a large bowl.
- Add half of the lemon pudding on top of the pound cake layer.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
