Description

A refreshing Mediterranean salad with crunchy celery, bright lemon juice, and optional feta and olives, perfect for summer picnics or light lunches.


Ingredients

  • 4 stalks Fresh Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh Herbs (parsley or dill), chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-ins: Feta cheese, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fresh celery into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the chopped celery with olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  4. Fold in optional ingredients like feta cheese, olives, and cherry tomatoes if desired.
  5. Toss gently to mix the ingredients without bruising the celery.
