Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy pink velvet flavor, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons pink food coloring
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it’s exceptionally smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mix using a spatula.
  5. Mix in the pink food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  6. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of molds.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the tops.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  9. Remove from molds and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
