- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons pink food coloring
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it’s exceptionally smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mix using a spatula.
- Mix in the pink food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of molds.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the tops.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Remove from molds and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
