Description

A delightful dessert that combines the coolness of ice cream with a crunchy cornflake shell, topped with whipped cream and chocolate fudge.


Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Crushed Corn Flakes
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Fudge
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into individual balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  2. Roll each ice cream ball in the crushed cornflakes until completely coated.
  3. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and freeze again for at least 1 hour.
  4. Top each ice cream ball with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate fudge.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired before serving.
  6. Serve immediately for a delightful contrast of warm and cold.

Notes

You can prepare the ice cream balls in advance and keep them in the freezer. Coat in cornflakes right before serving.
