Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Crushed Corn Flakes
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Fudge
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop the vanilla ice cream into individual balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Roll each ice cream ball in the crushed cornflakes until completely coated.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and freeze again for at least 1 hour.
- Top each ice cream ball with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate fudge.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired before serving.
- Serve immediately for a delightful contrast of warm and cold.
Notes
You can prepare the ice cream balls in advance and keep them in the freezer. Coat in cornflakes right before serving.
