Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak pieces until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the rice and stir to soak up flavors.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a rolling boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in honey BBQ sauce and heavy cream until well combined.
