Description

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or crumbled tofu)
  • Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peanut butter
  • Lime juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the filling by combining ground meat or crumbled tofu, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the wrappers by placing a spoonful of filling in the center, folding over, and sealing the edges tightly.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a non-stick baking sheet, brushing tops with oil.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Make the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and water in a small bowl until creamy.
