- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- After cooking, let the pork rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour into the skillet drippings, then gradually stir in chicken broth and simmer until thickened.
- Slice the pork and serve with gravy and your choice of sides, garnished with fresh parsley.
