Instructions
- Heat a splash of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Introduce the tender meat to the pot and brown it on all sides.
- Pour in the broth and let it come to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the spicy peppers and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
