Description

Delicious bite-sized pizza bombs filled with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares about 2-3 inches wide.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square, then add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top.
  4. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal, ensuring no air pockets.
  5. Arrange the sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Consider using gluten-free dough or swapping out fillings for customization. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
