Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring crisp mixed greens, juicy cherry tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, and creamy goat cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

  • Mixed Greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Red Onion
  • Goat Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine a handful of mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
