Instructions

- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and crushed garlic cloves. Stir until dissolved.

- Pour the hot brine over the radishes, ensuring they’re fully submerged.
- Let the jar cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate.
