Description

Ingredients

  • 23 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by thinly slicing the radishes and placing them in a clean jar.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and crushed garlic cloves. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add your chosen spices to the jar with the radishes.
  4. Pour the hot brine over the radishes, ensuring they’re fully submerged.
  5. Let the jar cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate.
