- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Grease your baking dish and layer the drained pineapple evenly on the bottom.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer.
- Mix the pecans, crushed graham crackers, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Sprinkle the pecan and graham cracker mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and edges bubble.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
