Description

A delightful dessert featuring a creamy layer of cream cheese and sweet pineapple topped with a crunchy pecan and graham cracker mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Grease your baking dish and layer the drained pineapple evenly on the bottom.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer.
  5. Mix the pecans, crushed graham crackers, and melted butter in another bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan and graham cracker mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and edges bubble.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare a day in advance and bake just before serving. Can also be made in an air fryer.
