Description

A delightful fudge blending the tropical sweetness of pineapple and creamy white chocolate, capturing the essence of summer in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired and press them into the fudge.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes
