Instructions
- Heat your pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Brown the potstickers in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip the potstickers and add the bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots.
- Whisk the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
- Combine the soy sauce mixture with the potstickers and vegetables, stirring gently.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
