Description

A vibrant potsticker stir fry featuring crispy potstickers and a colorful array of vegetables, infused with savory soy sauce and chili oil.


Ingredients

  • Potstickers (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Scallions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • Steamed Rice or Noodles (for serving)
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • Chili Oil (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Heat your pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  2. Brown the potstickers in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  3. Flip the potstickers and add the bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots.
  4. Whisk the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
  5. Combine the soy sauce mixture with the potstickers and vegetables, stirring gently.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
