Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Combine hashbrowns and cream cheese in a mixing bowl with cooked sausage.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Merge the egg mixture with the hashbrown mixture and stir until fully coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Add shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and firm.
