Instructions
- Combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until evenly blended.
- Rub the spice mixture generously onto the chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and add the chicken broth and lime juice.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
