- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups toasted marshmallows
- 2 chocolate bars, broken into segments
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and lining the bottoms with parchment paper.
- Make the graham cracker crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of each pan.
- Mix the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions, adding eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Beat the marshmallow fluff and softened butter together until light and fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Layer the cooled cakes, spreading a generous layer of frosting between and on top of the cakes.
- Decorate with toasted marshmallows and chocolate segments on top.

Notes
For best results, allow the cake to cool completely before frosting to avoid a gooey mess. It can be made a day ahead.
