Description

Delicious and crunchy sourdough discard crackers, perfect for snacking or pairing with dips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional seasonings (garlic powder, dried herbs, sesame seeds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the dough until thin, about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle with optional seasonings.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the dough is not rolled too thick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
