- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional seasonings (garlic powder, dried herbs, sesame seeds)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the dough until thin, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with optional seasonings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure the dough is not rolled too thick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
