- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Pour the olive oil into a heavy-duty skillet over medium heat, letting it warm up for a minute.
- Sauté the veggies: Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté them for about 4-5 minutes until they become tender and caramelized. Season with salt and pepper then remove them from the skillet.
- Lay down the first tortilla: Place one flour tortilla in the skillet, letting it warm for about a minute.
- Layer skillfully: On one half of the tortilla, generously spread the shredded cheese, lay down slices of steak, and the sautéed onions and peppers.
- Fold with love: Fold the tortilla in half, enclosing the filling carefully.
- Cook until golden perfection: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing down gently with the spatula.
- Slice and serve: Remove the quesadilla, let it rest for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve immediately.
