Description

Succulent steak kabobs with marinated beef and roasted vegetables provide a delightful explosion of flavor and texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (metal or soaked bamboo)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak cubes, ensuring they are coated evenly, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating ingredients for flavor and visual appeal.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the steak overnight. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
